Our Fees
As we say in the introduction and in the Absence Calculator
the cost of absence to the country and to individual organisations
are enormous.
On the table below we have set out what the costs of absence
are to any given organisation (making a few basic
assumptions) with the cost savings to the organisation shown
in the far right column.
Our fees are based on the savings that we believe you can
make. We agree a fee at the start of the programme and find
that many of our clients save more than they expected across
many elements of their business. Of course these savings
as shown by the absence calculator and in the table are
based on one years progress as we pride ourselves on being
able to provide long term solutions obviously the benefits
and savings can run for years.

1)Associated costs include overtime
coverage at time and a half and 25% of the total relating
to management of absence, payroll adjustment, unnecessary
training etc. Based on salary of £18,000.
